We want you to love your MERIT products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items for transit.

• 4.
  Send and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
